- We actually work updating our website, the data displayed in www.banknote-stelle.net represents a website which actually the main focus is a place for contact, news and information. Although collecting paper money is a hobby for some percentage of people in this field, we appreciate this more like an activity to be admired in the sense of discovering what other countries and cultures offer during the time they exist or existed.

- Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that all the information (Text, Numbers, Images..) displayed in www.banknote-stelle.net is 100% correct, but we do work for doing it the most precise for all of our visitors.

- The data published in our website doesn't have as goal to offend anyone or any culture, we don't do a work for taking copyrights of other people. Sometimes we publish information from other sources and will refer to these. If you note any error, or any comment which can offend a person, group or company, please let us know and we will edit this as fast as possible.

- What we write or show in our homepage, is strictly under opinion / idea / point of view or concept. Again, for any remark about the content of this website, let us know.

- Third parties links and contents of their respective websites don't correspond to our responsibility. Mainly we will focus in Paper money topic, collections, trades, lots, sales, news, books, societies and other related item that could be included.

Selling banknotes

- As we order and prepare our own collection, we manage to get banknotes that could be interesting for other collectors.
Depending on the banknotes, we are ready to handle in an offer. We dispose of single banknotes, groups and lots; tell us your interest and we'll be there to establish contact with you.

Starting our website, we work first displaying the banknotes we have and offer. Prices and pictures are coming as time permits and as new banknotes arrive. We do have a reference to the Standard catalog of world paper money (Krause / 2Pick catalog"), but we do not refer to every price exactly as the catalog display, we also refer to other sources but by quantities or amount we are open to handle.

Delivery costs will be covered by the buyer. Depending on the total amount (over 125€) we will cover them within the EU and partially to rest of the world, shipping information will be updated along with the website. Please, contact us before.

Trading / Swapping banknotes

- We have a second list with the items we are ready to trade. We do this in order to find banknotes we don't have in our collection and in order to keep for approaching to other collectors and trade and extend a swapping chain as long as possible.
Many people have told us the interest about getting 5 pieces of a single note and the offer just one high value banknote, for those possibilities we are ready to offer a discount or advantage to the other party (e.g. a $100 catalog banknote for 6 pieces of $20 catalog banknotes, even more). As always, we are ready to answer questions and attend comments.

- Due to the mail costs, we would like to trade mostly over $75 within Germany, $100 for the rest of the EU and $150 rest of the world. (Catalog value). The shipping fees will be covered by each party for the own delivery.

Buying and Trading

- As we update our website, we will be publishing our proposed prices for every banknote, but could be also the case that you want to trade a part of the banknotes you want and buy other banknotes. We accept this under the trading philosophy of basing prices on the Standard catalog of world papermoney for those banknotes to be swapped, and selling to the proposed listed prices.

Grading

- All the information related to the banknotes is properly to uncirculated (UNC) banknotes unless we remark other condition.
Normally we handle the banknotes in UNC condition but it could be also the case that we dispose only of 2 or 3 pieces of a banknote and the last one is in other grade, we will notify the collector about this, for those notes we are ready to offer a discount if an interest exists.

Uncirculated banknotes are relative to everyone, this way we describe these also as

(UNC-) for those UNC notes that present a very small point of remark, (aging marks, little buckling on a corner).
(UNC--) for those notes that may have an other remark that deserves a smaller appreciation.
(AU) Any mark of use on it but kept in an extremely fine term.

Any disagreement after a banknote has been delivered is of course to be notified and we will change or compensate this after talking with the other party.

Deliveries

- Normally done by registered mail within Germany and the EU, other way can be agreed before. For the rest of the world a track able mail form will be determined before delivery.

!!! Note -->> These terms and conditions represent our principal point of view and idea, we reserve the right to change any point as long as we evaluate them. Any detail could have been fogotten but we will include it as soon as possible, if you think we should clarify any point, we will do it individually by e-mail.
